The NOTIFICATIONS page is displayed by year (drop-down menu at the top) and has separate tabs for email notifications and push notifications (mobile app). The admin can create a new email or push notification, view the details of scheduled, sent, and cancelled notifications, reschedule notifications, and view the status of sent notifications. All previously sent notifications can be viewed either in a calendar view or as a list.
To create and schedule a notification to be sent, navigate to:
ADMIN PORTAL > NOTIFICATIONS > NOTIFICATIONS
Click on the +NOTIFICATION button at the top left corner of the page. A pop-up window will open with the following fields:
o All Registered Users – All users, including spouses or dependents if applicable, who have been registered under the Wellness Program.
o All Employees – All employees, excluding spouses or dependents, who have been enrolled under the Wellness Program.
o Everyone – All registered and unregistered users, and their spouses or dependents if applicable, whose data is available in the company’s database.
o Challenge Participants – Only the participants who are eligible to participate in a challenge.
o Registered Location Users – The registered users from a specific company location.
o Distribution Lists – The notification will be sent to the users from the selected distribution list.
o Email Notification; or
o Push Notification (mobile app). If push notification is selected, it can be sent to android and/or ios (typically both are selected).
o Rich Text – The body of the email can be created using the formatting tools provided.
o Email Template – Upon selecting this option, the admin can select an existing email template and preview it.
