Notifications that are scheduled to be sent, but have not
yet been sent, can be edited or canceled. Notifications that have already been
sent can be resent (rescheduled).

To edit or cancel a scheduled, but
not yet sent, notification, navigate to:
ADMIN PORTAL > NOTIFICATIONS > NOTIFICATIONS
Choose the appropriate year from the drop-down menu at the
top of the screen and click on the appropriate tab (Email Notification or Push
Notification). Go to the Scheduled Notifications section to find the
notification you want to edit or cancel.
- EDIT
NOTIFICATION – Click on the Edit Notification button, which
will open a pop-up window with the existing details of the notification.
Make the desired changes and click SAVE.
- CANCEL
NOTIFICATION – Click on the CANCEL
NOTIFICATION button. A confirmation window will display. Click OK
to cancel the notification. The canceled notification will now show up
under the Canceled Notifications section of the page, and you can delete
it if needed by clicking the DELETE NOTIFICATION button.

To resend (duplicate) a notification
that has already been sent, navigate to:
ADMIN PORTAL > NOTIFICATIONS > NOTIFICATIONS
Choose the appropriate year from the drop-down menu at the
top of the screen and click on the appropriate tab (Email Notification or Push
Notification). Go to the Sent Notifications section to find the
notification you want to resend.
- RESCHEDULE
NOTIFICATION – Click the RESCHEDULE
NOTIFICATION button, which will open a pop-up window with the
existing details of the notification. Make the desired changes for the new
notification that is to be sent, and click SAVE. This will create a new notification that
will now show up in the Scheduled Notifications section under the
appropriate tab (Email Notifications or Push Notifications). If needed,
the newly created notification can be edited or canceled by following the
steps in #1 above.
After the notification has been sent, the admin can check
the status to determine if the notification was sent to each user successfully. Click
the SENT STATUS button. A pop-up window with each recipient’s name and
send status will display.
