How Can I Contact Customer Support?

Although the web platform and mobile app are easy to navigate and use for wellness activities, users may sometimes come across a few issues. Our support portal has solutions for many possible issues that the users may encounter through the wellness program. If your issue is not listed or if you still need assistance, you can contact the wellness program administrator. You can also contact the 3Fitt support team by raising a ticket on the support portal or by email.

 

Through Support Portal:


1. Open the Support page - Click here


2. Click on Knowledge Base to access articles and/or search for answers to you questions.


3. If you are unable to find the answer to your question, click on Submit a Ticket to create a new ticket for support.  Please be sure to include screenshots or files that would be helpful.

4. You can check the status of an existing ticket and view previous tickets by clicking on Tickets.

Your email should include details like:

  1. Your name

  2. Company name

  3. A detailed description of the issue

  4. Information about what you have already done to overcome the issue.

  5. Any screenshots or attachments that are relevant to the issue.
