How Can I Redeem My Points for Rewards?
Points can be earned for completing challenges,
online courses, and other wellness activities. The program administrator
defines a set number of points for the various activities of the wellness
program, and users can earn them by completing the activities and logging the
details. If your organization has elected to do so, the points can be redeemed
for rewards.
Points can be redeemed from the web
platform and the MyHealthPlus mobile app.
Redeeming Points from the Web Portal:
1. Log in to the web platform.
2. Find the ‘Rewards Summary’
section on the dashboard and click on ‘Redeem Now’.
Or
Navigate to the Points section
in the Menu bar. Click on 'Redeem Now' from the Program Rewards section.
3. You will be redirected to
the eGift Cards page. A list of available eGift cards will be
displayed. Click on the one of your choice.
4. A Place Order screen will
be displayed. Enter the redeemable amount and click 'Place
Order'.
5. You
will receive an email notification with a redemption code, which will be sent
to the email address associated with the wellness platform.
From the MyHealthPlus mobile app:
1.The points can be redeemed from the MyHealthPlus mobile app by tapping on the 'Redeem' button in the Rewards section.

the Rewards page by navigating to the left Menu panel
2. Tapping on 'Redeem' will take you to
the page with the eGift cards. Tap on
the one of your choice.
3. A pop-up will open
with the relevant details. Enter the redeemable amount and 'Place Order'.
4. You will receive an email
notification with a redemption code, which will be sent to the email address
associated with the wellness platform.
