Users can track their Physical
Activity log from the web platform or the MyHealthPlus app. From the Exercise
Page, you can track your calories consumed, calories remaining, and complete
nutritional breakdown.
From the web platform:
1. Log in to using the correct account
credentials.
3. Click in the ‘Find an Activity to
Log’ box, begin typing the exercise you’ve completed, and choose from the
available options. Alternatively, you can click the icons for common activities:
walking, running, swimming, and steps. Or
simply click the ‘Browse’ button.
4. After adding your exercise log
details, the activity breakdown can be viewed in the Daily Totals and Logged
Activity sections.
5. You can also view your other
activity log details, such as Daily Steps and Daily Calories left to burn for
the day.
6. The Sleep section gives a
graphical representation of the active sleep minutes for the past 14 days.
7. The Activity Stats section gives
a graphical representation of Active Minutes, Step Count, Calories, and
Distance over the past 14 days.
8. The activity log details for the day can
also be viewed in the Activity Summary section on the dashboard
page.
From the MyHealthPlus app:
1. Log in to the MyHealthPlus app using correct credentials.
4. Click
on ‘Log Exercise’.
5. Add all the relevant details for the logged activity.
6. You can view the Step Count, Calories, Active Minutes,
and Distance for each activity log.
7. The activity log details for the day
can also be viewed on the mobile app dashboard.
8. You can also view your activity peer rankings in the Leaderboard tab within the Community screen.
