How Can I Track My Rewards and Points?
Points can be earned by the
users upon completing the challenges, online courses, and other wellness
activities. The program administrator defines a set number of points for the
various activities of the wellness program, and users can earn them by
completing the activities.
Users can track their rewards, points, and related details from the web platform or the MyHealthPlus app.
From The Web Platform:
On the web platform, users can track
their points from the Points section of the menu bar. An overview of the
Rewards Summary is also shown in the web platform dashboard.
1. Log in to the web platform using
the correct credentials.
2. From the dashboard, you can view
a summary of the reward points and other details in the Rewards
Summary section.
3. A similar summary can also be
viewed in the Points section from the Menu bar.
4. The ‘Redeem Now’ button
takes you to the eGift cards page to redeem your points.
5. The ‘View Details’ button
displays a pop-up with a list of all points earned during the selected campaign
period, including activity, date, and points.
6. Clicking on ‘Order History’
will list your previous reward orders (points redeemed for rewards).
7. You can track your point ‘Requests’
for the current period at the bottom of the Points page. This section is not a comprehensive list of
all points, but rather only those points/reimbursement items that require
approval from the program administrator.
From The MyHealthPlus app:
On the app, users can view points
from the Points section of the menu bar or the Rewards section on the app
dashboard.
1. Log in to the MyHealthPlus app
using the correct credentials.
2. You can view a summary of your rewards
and points in the Rewards section on the app dashboard. Tapping the 'Details' button
will take you to the Rewards page and tapping the 'Redeem' button will take you
to the Redeem page (otherwise accessed from the Rewards page).
3. The Rewards page can also be
accessed on the app from the Menu bar at the top left.
4. You can view and track all your
rewards and points on the Rewards page.
5. Tapping on 'View Details' will open a pop-up
with point details for each activity.
