How can I use my mobile phone to manage my online courses?
1. Log into your wellness portal and click on any of the SelfHelpWorks courses.
User Portal > Health > Online Courses
2. Click on any of the courses of interest and Sign up for it.
3. Click on the Member Profile tab in the account section at the top right.
4. Click On the Mobile App tab.
Account > Member Profile > Mobile App
5. Click on 'Install the App'. Enter your mobile phone number to get an activation code.
6. Install the SelfHelpWorks app from the portal.
7. Login using your registered email id (username) and the mobile code in the password field.
8. If your device is connected to the account, it will be displayed on the Member Profile page under the Managed Linked Devices section.
