Navigating the Programs Section

The Programs section of the web platform gives users access to perform various activities related to the program as follows:

  1. Health Programs
  2. Wellness Activities
  3. Financial Assessment
  4. Financial Resources
The MyHealthPlus mobile app provides access to the Health Programs and Wellness Activities.  However, the Financial Assessment and Financial Resources are not currently available on the MyHealthPlus mobile app.

 

Health Programs

 

  1. Users can navigate to the Health Programs section from the Programs tab on the side menu bar. 

 

 

  • On the MyHealthPlus mobile app, the Health Programs are available as 'Journeys'. They can be accessed from the 'Health' section from the bottom menu or from 'Journeys' in the left menu panel.

 



 

 

  • The Health Programs help users adopt healthy habits and lead a healthier life. There are different programs that focus on different topics.
  • View the various Health Programs and tap Join.

 

  • You will receive a new challenge each day for the next 30 days from the chosen Health Program. The daily challenge can be viewed on the platform or app dashboard in the ‘Today’s Challenge’ section.






  • You can stop the program at any point, and start a new program. You can also go back to the previous program any time if you wish to continue. 

 

 

Wellness Activities

 

Navigate from the Programs tab in the side menu bar to find the Wellness Activities section. 




The Wellness Activities section contains various optional and required activities that have been included in your wellness program.



The page is divided into two sections -

 

1. The first section shows Your Progress Level. It displays the number of optional, required, and total activities to be completed, as well as how many of each have already been completed.

 

 

2. The next section lists the Activities. Each activity will show in brackets next to the name of the activity if it is optional or required.

 


  • To mark the activity as complete (if it is not automatically updated, which will be indicated in an explanation button), click on 'Update Status'.


  • Complete the fields by adding a comment, selecting Completed in the Activity Status field, choosing the date completed, and attaching any supporting documentation, if required.


  • Click on 'Submit Request' to complete the activity.
  • A notification about your activity completion will be sent to the program administrator.

 

  • You can also see an overview of your Wellness Activities in the Activities section on the web platform dashboard.

 

 

Financial Assessment

 

Financial wellness plays a significant role in holistic well-being. Our financial assessment helps individuals better understand their current financial health.

 

The Financial Assessment can be completed and analyzed from the web platform only.

 

Taking The Financial Assessment:

1. Log in to the web platform using the correct credentials.


2. Navigate in the side menu bar to find Programs.

3. Click on Financial Assessment.



4. To take a new assessment, click on ‘New Assessment’ at the top right corner of the screen.



5. Answer the assessment questions, progressing through each page/category.



6. Based on your answers, your financial results will be calculated and displayed in the Financial Assessment page. 




Financial Resources

The Financial Resources section provides access to reliable and informative financial education resources and tools, positioning you for better-informed decisions.


The Financial Resources can be accessed from the web platform only.

1. Log in to the web platform using the correct credentials.

2. Navigate in the side menu bar to find Programs. Click on Financial Resources.



3. You will be taken to the Resource Center page with different finance-related online resources.



4. Click on a topic of interest to find sub-topics under it.



5. Click on any link to find more information about the chosen financial topic.
