Overview of Distribution Lists

Distribution lists are used to assign a Wellness Activity and to send notifications to users who meet specific criteria, as established by the distribution list.  The admin can view/edit existing distribution lists (if any), create new distribution lists, and change the users included in any distribution list.  To access the DISTRIBUTION LISTS page, navigate to -

 

 ADMIN PORTAL > NOTIFICATIONS > DISTRIBUTION LISTS

  

Upon navigating to the DISTRIBUTION LISTS page, the admin will see a list of existing distribution lists along with details including Name, Description, and Created Date. There is also an Action column where the following actions can be completed: 

  1. Edit the distribution list
  1. Upload an Excel file of users to include in the distribution list (a sample data file can be downloaded from the top left corner of the DISTRIBUTION LISTS page)
  1. View users included in the distribution list and add/edit/delete users (all users who meet the criteria established in the distribution list will automatically be included, but the admin can modify the list of users)
  1. Export a list of users included in the distribution list
  1. Delete the distribution list
  1. Make the distribution list inactive
